Our story began in Brooklyn, NY, when our founders (and brothers!) Martin and Joel Mittelman were searching for high-quality, contemporary shot glasses at approachable prices. When they couldn’t find what they were looking for, they decided to make it themselves. Establishing their own glass facility and producing a line of Italian-style shot glasses, they quickly gained momentum, and JoyJolt was born.
From those early days, our commitment to excellence has never wavered. Each piece of glassware is crafted with the utmost care, ensuring not only beauty but durability. We also prioritize the impact we have on our community and the environment. Integrating sustainability into our selection and utilizing only clean materials are key focuses, ensuring we not only bring joy to today but preserve it for future generations.
Since then, we’ve grown into a lifestyle brand for the modern consumer. Our lineup has grown to include not just shot glasses but everything from elegant wine glasses to double walled coffee mugs. We’ve introduced the Disney and Star Wars™ franchises to our community, with these magical items stealing hearts and shelf space (we can’t help it – they're adorable collectibles too!).
