Limited Warranty Statement

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

LIMITED WARRANTY

MM Products Inc. d/b/a JoyJolt ("JoyJolt") warrants to the original end-user purchaser or original gift recipient if the Product is given as a gift ("Purchaser") that its products ("Products") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only in the country where the Product was purchased, provided that JoyJolt intended the Product for sale in that country, and when purchased directly from JoyJolt or a JoyJolt authorized reseller. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the Purchaser, or, if the Product is given as a gift, to the original recipient of the gift.

WHAT'S COVERED

  • Structural cracks not caused by accidental damage or misuse
  • Seal or lid failures under normal household use
  • Handle detachment under normal household use
  • Defective insulation (for double-wall products only)
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

  • Accidental breakage, drops, or chips from impact
  • Damage caused by sudden or extreme temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling liquid into a frozen glass or placing hot glassware into cold water)
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or staining
  • Decal or print fading or wear from regular use
  • Commercial or non-household use
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or improper cleaning
  • Damage from use contrary to product care instructions

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Email cs@joyjolt.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • A photo or short video of the defect
  • The date of purchase
  • Your shipping address

We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

We reserve the right to request the return of the defective Product (at our expense) before approving a warranty claim.

Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, JoyJolt makes no other warranties, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

JoyJolt does not guarantee that the Product will comply with laws outside the country where it was originally purchased.

IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM, THE PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE, AT JOYJOLT'S OPTION, REPLACEMENT PARTS, A REFUND, OR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOYJOLT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF JOYJOLT WAS ADVISED SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the state or country where the Product was purchased, without regard to conflict of law rules.

This Limited Warranty is subject to change without notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
