We bought four coffee mugs and two glasses

We used your products for several years. One of the glasses must’ve had a crack in it as it just broke for no reason the second day we had it. Would you replace it for us?

Be Careful

I purchased two packs of set of 4 double walled coffee mugs 13.5 oz. I would have rated 5 stars. I really liked & told several family, friends & co workers about them. They love them & several purchased.

Today, I put a 8 oz cup of water into my microwave for 2 minutes. At, 2 minutes I left the cup inside microwave for 1 minute. After 1 minutes I took the cup out of the microwave. I checked the water tempted, poured Theraflu in & put my spoon inside the cup. I heard a loud sound, the water start bubbling & swirling. I waited until the bubbling stopped. I checked inside the cup there’s a crack & hole inside the bottom. The water was spreading to inside the outer wall.

I hate this happened I really liked these cups.
