The containers were very well protected and arrived undamaged.

Very good quality product

The tea cuo and coffee mugs arrived very quickly and were packaged impeccably. I would just warn other customers that the foam forms hold the cus very tightly, and if careless effort is applied to get them loose, it is possible to drop them in the process. Better unpack them above a soft bed rather than a tile counter!! We have a nice collection of cups. The early ones (15 years ago or so) were very fragile and broke easiky. For the past 5 years or so, we have found the new ones to be quite resistant to breakage. We have not used a dishwasher to clean them though, in spite of the fact that they are advertised as dishwasher-safe.

The shipping was fast I was happy I got my Disney glasses Debby
